    Her Royal highness Princess Jawaher Bint Nayef bin Abdulaziz, wife of Eastern Region Prince sponsors Young Businesswomen Forum (development and leadership) which is organized by Asharqia Chamber on 3 and 4 April represented by Young Businesswomen Council.

    Asharqia Chamber Chairman, Mr. Abdulrahman Bin Rashid Al-Rashid thanked princes Jawahir for her sponsorship which gives the forum a great significance and high momentum reflected by the participants during the sessions.

    He also stressed that the forum will address in detail 14 challenges facing the young businesswomen in the commercial and industrial sector, reached through 3 workshops were held recently with the participation of representatives of several sectors as: The Ministry of Labor , Human Resources Development Fund, Municipalities, and funding), It will discuss the main obstacles and difficulties causing stumble in the process of business and to find solutions through the recommendations, which reached by the participants in the Forum.

    AlRashid also said that the chamber aims that the forum will be a major catalyst to create a healthy investment environment for young businesswomen and leaders in the Eastern Region" .. The Chamber seeks through the forum's sessions to monitor the most important difficulties facing young women at the beginning of their business, referring that the event will witness participation by men and women each in separate rooms, presented by internal network TV.

    For his part, the Chamber General- Secretary ,Mr.Adnan Al-Nuaim said that the forum explains the reality of investment to promote the women resources, noted that it had been divided into 4 sessions over the day ,as the first session tackles (the reality of businesswomen projects), headed by the Deena Al-Faris,also Amal Al-Qahtani, Hana Al-Shaijy, owner of "Alwafel", and Alawyah AbdulFattah,owner of the Bread Bakery, and Nora Al-Mugaiteeb,owner of "Nowryat Restaurant".

    In the second session, the forum tackles such topics as (investment challenges), headed by Omar Al-Juraifany, and the Labor General Manager in the Eastern Province, Mr. Ahmed Al-Obaid,and the General Manager of Saudi Credit & Saving Bank, Mr. Abdullah Al-Shammari, in addition to the Under Secretary of Construction projects the Eastern Region, Mr.Jamal Al-Mullhim.
    At the third, titled (Steps toward leadership) headed by each of Wejdan AL-Saieed and Omar Al-Juraifany.

    AlNuaim tackles (The role of chambers in supporting small projects), Also Mr.Khalid Al-Zamil will discuss (The sponsors role in supporting small projects). In the fourth session, Munira Al-Zamil ,a member of the Young Businesswomen Council will review the recommendations that will come out in the forum.

    It should be noted that the Chamber has launched the first council of its kind in the Kingdom which includes 10 ladies , the most important directions of the Council is to serve young businesswomen, the counsil executive includes: Eylla Al-Shadawi ,Wejdan AL-Saieed and Areej AL-Sehati,Alaa Hariri,Amal Al-Eidi,Mashael Al-Shalawi,Muneerah Al-Zamil,Eng.Mai Al-Jami,and Hana Al-Mouaibed.
